Who are we? Easy Vélo, bike rental in Carcassonne and on the Canal du Midi
Easy Vélo is a local bike rental company in Carcassonne, based in Villegly, at the gateway to the Montagne Noire and the Minervois.
Behind Easy Vélo, we are two cycling enthusiasts: Florian and Mathieu.
Florian, originally from Roullens, near Carcassonne, has been riding bikes since he was a child. Mountain biking, road cycling, sporty rides or relaxed outings: as long as it has two wheels, he’s happy. His guilty pleasures? Fast MTB descents and sweet desserts.
Mathieu, originally from Bordeaux, has also been cycling since childhood. Now very much at home on the roads and trails of the Aude, he particularly enjoys making Florian suffer on any climb he can find, just to get revenge for Florian’s speed on the descents, before recovering over a good glass of red wine.
Two slightly different riding styles, but the same desire to help you discover Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the Minervois and the Montagne Noire by bike.
Our job is not simply to hand you a bike and wish you good luck. We are here to help you choose the right bike, the right route and the best starting point according to your level, your plans and the kind of ride you are looking for.
