Absolutely! For the little ones, we offer child seats from 9 to 22kg, 20” bikes from 120 to 140cm, 24” bikes from 125 to 150cm as well as a 26” electric bike from 150cm to 164cm!

For example: for an electric VTC rental, I ride all day, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a 625Wh battery and a powerful but very economical motor! I take the time to enjoy the area, visit monuments or natural sites, and have a picnic. I enjoy the day on a high-end, comfortable bike with reliable and efficient equipment! • If you want to rent a bike on the same day and our trucks are available, there is no need to make an appointment, just call or ask !

• Otherwise, we will schedule your delivery together and in advance to the place and time of your choice : meeting point, personal residence, vacation residence, anything is possible!

> All deliveries between Villegly and Carcassonne (and to Carcassonne) or within 8km of Villegly to Vol d'oiseau are free for 2 or more bikes or offered at €5 per trip for one bike.

> Any delivery between 8km and 15km as the crow flies from Villegly is free for more than 3 bikes rented, or offered at €15 per trip.

> Any delivery between 15 and 30km is free for more than 4 bikes rented, or offered at €25 per trip.

> Any delivery between 30 and 45km is free for more than 5 bikes rented, or offered at €35 per trip.

We provide each bike with a repair kit for basic punctures and a multi-tool for minor adjustments. For any major issues or if you're unable to repair them yourself, we'll come and help you on-site!

Thanks to our partner Tulip, we offer a guarantee covering damage and theft : for any partial or total damage, or theft of the bike or part of the bike, the excess is reduced to only 10% of the purchase price of the part or replacement bike.

• Cosmetic damage is not covered

• Parts that do not require a disassembly tool are not taken into account (bags, pumps, cans, etc.)

The Tulip guarantee is offered at the following rates:

• €2 per day per child's bike

• €4 per day for Amiti and Explore VTCs, TCR Advanced 2 road bikes and Giant Trance X E+3 electric mountain bikes

• €7 per day for Giant Trance X E+1 electric mountain bikes

If you do not wish to subscribe to the insurance, the purchase price of the replacement part or bicycle will be charged, without any margin taken by Easy Vélo Carcassonne.

Yes !

The deposit varies from €400 for children's bikes to €1,500 for high-end electric mountain bikes. It comes in the form of a virtual credit card imprint, which is not collected. It is not legal to keep an identity document; we will not be able to proceed in any other way.

In the case of group rentals, a deposit per person may be made, subject to the agreement of each person, and specific conditions may be considered in order to optimize preparation time.
